VIDEO - Lindsay Lohan Offered Plea Deal - Judge Says "You WILL Go To Jail" If You Take It

 


Lindsay Lohan was in court yet again this morning, and was offered a plea deal for her most recent charges of theft for stealing a necklace.

During the hearing, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz told her that if she decides to take the plea deal, she will be going to jail. The ball is now in Lindsay's court to decide if the deal will be accepted or if the actress will take her chances with a trial.

Still looming over Lindsay's head is the fact that the prosecutor in the case is still weighing options to have Lindsay remanded to jail for violating the terms of her release from her last legal mess as the new case could be considered a violation of her previous terms.

Tough spot to be in if you are Lindsay's defense team...

The starlet is set to be released from her 90 day stint in rehab this week and has what will most likely prove to be her best shot to restart her career after a year of turmoil, drugs, jail and controversy and the website looks to be the first official public piece of her comeback....

Chris Brown And Raz B Go To War On Twitter - Death Threats Made On Video - VIDEO and PICS

The HILARIOUS pic above was posted during a Twitter war that broke out between Chris Brown and Raz B from B2K, but there have been some more serious developments that have taken place.

Brown and Raz were trading homophobic and racial barbs back and forth on their Twitter profiles when thinks got serious. Some of the quotes from Brown's Twitter included:

"@razb2k nigga you want attention! Grow up nigga!!! Dick in da booty ass lil boy"

"Tell me this @razb2k!! Why when the money was coming in u won't complaining about getting butplugged! #homothug!!!"

"@razb2k ur a x backup singer!!!!! What do u make? Like $1.99 an hour"

Raz was relentless on his Twitter as well. Some of his quotes:

"@chrisbrown u victimize victims, ur a homophobe, ur on the down low & a woman beater. Merry Christmas & thx 4 showin every1 ur true colors"

"@chrisbrown Fact! i'll be Starring in the KING of RHYTHM Movie! ike Tunner Life story! I have role for you!"

Then Raz's brother, Director Ricky Romance, got involved on his Twitter and began making threats to Brown:

"@chrisbrown i think you a talented artist but im still gonna shove my pistol in your mouth if i catch you alone w/ no security lol.God Night"

"@chrisbrown lil homie you beat women thats not cool and when i see you imma smack you in your mouth you better pay for protection"

Then things got even more interesting when Romance posted a video that starts with the words "This is a message to Chris Brown" and includes the line "If I see you in LA, I'm going to put my motherf***ing pistol in your mouth dude"

This is pretty damn nasty, and we're pretty sure threatening to kill someone on a world wide video is illegal...

Lindsay Lohan Involved In Physical Altercation At Betty Ford Clinic - Cops Called, Lindsay Labled A "Suspect"

Punching, grabbing and finger pointing.... sounds like the set of an adult film, but in reality, it's the description of what went down between Lindsay Lohan and a staff member at the Betty Ford Clinic where the troubled star is residing for a court ordered rehab stint.

According to reports, Lindsay and a staff member got into a confrontation after Lindsay returned 10 minutes late as described by her curfew. Upon her return, it is alleged Lindsay was grabbed by a staff member, and pushed her in retaliation and the cops were called.

This all leads to the former star being labeled a "suspect" in a criminal battery investigation, and Lindsay's father, Michael, pushing for his daughter to press charges as well.

Bottom line is that things have tendency get nasty when you have a confrontation like this with a troubled star, but even more so when you are a troubled star that had a confrontation with an (allegedly) overzealous staff member at a rehab clinic.

Hulk Hogan Gets Married, Ceremony Winds Up In A Brawl

Hulk Hogan and Jennifer McDaniels tied the knot Tuesday in Clearwater, Florida, but things did not go exactly as planned.

After a short wedding ceremony, Hulk apparantly wound up in a physical altercation with a photographer who crashed the party. The altercation was witnessed by another photographer who (and get this) "was standing 200 feet away in the shoreline water".

We aren't condoning violence, but when you have uninvited photographers invade a private event like this, shouldn't there be a way to get them to leave? I mean, if you can throw drunk Uncle Bill out of your wedding, there should be a way to get these people to keep away.....

The video shows a calm Angelina discussing the details of the incident, however the altercation may open her up to additional legal issues because she was not able to perform in a scheduled Celebrity Wrestling event that was taking place at the Casbah Nightclub during the melee.

There is no confirmation as of yet if Pivnarick will indeed be facing any issues due to the appearance no-show.

Video - Pauly D And Facebook Cause Mayhem At University Of Rhode Island

Holy Mayhem! Pauly D showed up last night to visit a friend at the University of Rhode Island, and within minutes, all hell broke lose!

It only took a split second for someone to catch a glimpse of him, and post it on their Facebook page, the rest is history. Within moments, the post was reposted, and reposted, and reposted until over 1000 students gathered to try to get a view of the Jersey Shore castmate in person.

Pauly's security team assisted him out of the mob scene with the help of local law enforcement. Pauly is now not allowed on campus unless he coordinates his visit with local police in advance.

Keith Olbermann Suspended Without Pay For Political Contributions

MSNBC's Keith Olbermann, known for his nightly segment "Worst Person In The World", has been suspended from his job without pay.

The suspension comes from 3 donations Olbermann made to Democratic candidates during the recent election cycle according to reports.

MSNBC policy does not prohibit employees from giving political donations, but the donations need prior approval from network executives as situations can arise from an on air reporter possibly reporting on, or interviewing, a person he or she financially supports.

According to the Hollywood reporter, Olbermann, defended himself by saying:

"I did not privately or publicly encourage anyone else to donate to these campaigns nor to any others in this election or any previous ones, nor have I previously donated to any political campaign at any level."

Unfortunately for Olbermann, he was not suspended for trying to encourage anyone else to donate, nor was he suspended for previously undisclosed donations...

17 Year Old Miley Cyrus Caught Drinking

Not that anyone would be shocked that 17 year old Disney prodegy Miley Cyrus had some photos snapped of her at a club drinking a Corona, but nothing will come of it.

The catch is that the club is in Madrid Spain where the legal drinking age is 18, but the law is rarely enforced. Local law enforcement told TMZ that people as young as 16 are "cool" to drink certain drinks.

Lil Wayne Released From Prison

Lil Wayne was released this morning from New York's Rikers Island Correctional Facility after serving 8 month on weapons related charges. He was originally sentenced to one year.

Wayne has been able to remain at the top of the charts during his stint in the pokey by releasing previously recorded tunes throughout his time upstate, but plans are in the works for a new album to hit stores Itunes shortly.

Breaking News - Bret Michaels Rocking Miley's Mom!

A story in US Weekly just broke the news that Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus' recent divorce filing was the result of an affair between Miley's mom and "Rock Of Love" and "Celebrity Apprentice" star Bret Michaels.

The article states:

“Michaels, 47, "became close to the entire family" this past February when he and Miley released the racy duet "Nothing to Lose”.  He and Tish, 43, soon began carrying on an on-the-sly romance. When Billy Ray learned of it - as well as at least one other fling - he filed for divorce Oct. 27.”

Yes.. You read that right... Randy Quaid and his wife are seeking asylum in Canada for protection from a "Hit Squad", and they say they fear for their life.

Wow Randy, that sounds much more believable than the idea that you guys might be in Canada trying to avoid prosecution for some equally strange crimes you are accused of in the US!

The Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino In Limo During Women's Alledged Kidnapping

A report has just been released linking The Situation to a kidnapping case involving his brother Marc.

According to the New York Daily News report, On Oct. 20, Kathryn Redino met Marc Sorrentino, who owns a porn company, and his brother (Mike) at a Manhattan nightclub, went to a friend's apartment, and then went back into a limo with the brothers

Redino is claiming Marc and his entourage drove her to New Jersey against her will and ensuing remarks prompted Marc Sorrentino, 31, to break a champagne glass and hold it against her neck, a police source said. She has also gone on to claim that Marc punched her in the stomach (which he denied).

Marc Sorrentino has filed a complaint with New Jersey police against Redino, accusing her of assault and lying about the incident.

Mike Sorrentino was in the limo but has not been charged with any crimes, police sources said.

Howard K. Stern Guilty In Anna Nicole Smith Drug Case

Howard K. Stern, Former lawyer / manager / friend / boyfriend to the late Anna Nicole Smith, was found guilty yesterday for giving false names and acting by fraud to obtain prescriptions while acquiring drugs for the former star. The doctor who prescribed the drugs was acquitted on all charges.

Sterm could face jail time for the conviction at a sentencing hearing in the future.

Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail, Sent Back To Rehab

In a somewhat surprising ruling, Judge Elden Fox has sentenced Lindsay Lohan to stay at the Betty Ford rehab center until Jan. 3, 2011 instead of the 180 days in jail the prosecutor wanted for her probation violations.

Upon release form the center, Lindsay will submit to random court ordered drug screens, but hey, at least it isn't the sentence a normal person would have gotten jail time.

Breaking News - Lindsay Arrives At Court, So Does Michael

The notoriously late Lindsay Lohan has arrived to court in Beverly Hills a whopping 20 minutes (plus) early to hear the sentence that will be handed down by judge Elden Fox in a probation violation hearing that is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am.

Minutes after the starlet entered the courthouse through the metal detectors, Her estranged father, Michael, was spotted outside by the same entrance.

It will be interesting to see if Michael will be able to keep his word regarding not giving any statements regarding his daughter once the hearing is concluded.

Lindsay Legal Watch Is On - Jail Time Appears Imminent

Lindsay Lohan will appear in court later this morning to face sentencing for probation violations relating to recent failed drug screens.

It is rumored that Judge Elden Fox has no sympathy for the actress(?) and appears ready to sentence her to up to a year in jail for the infractions. Lindsay's lawyers will be fighting hard for a stay in rehab instead of jail time, but the judge holds the decision at his discretion.

We will be watching as the story play out this morning in Beverly Hills.

Michael Lohan Reportedly Attacked In Santa Monica

Santa Monica law enforcement sources confirmed they responded to a 911 call at 9:56 last night to find Michael Lohan shirtless with scratches on his neck.

The celebrity day explained that as he was getting into his car, he was approached from behind and someone attempted to choke him. Lohan went on to say that he fought with the attacker for a few minutes before the assailant ran off. The attacker was described as a 50-60(?) year old male wearing a black running suit.

It appears Michael suffered no major injuries (or permanent damage from the attacker's cane) that would keep him from following today's legal proceedings that will determine if his daughter Lindsay will be sent back to Jail.

*Update* - A recent article on tmz reports the following account: 

"Michael claims he was attacked outside his home in Santa Monica, CA. Michael told police ... about an hour before the incident, he received a threatening phone call. We're told shortly after the call, Michael went out for cigarettes -- that's when he says the attack occurred.
Mike explained to police when he went to open his car door, he was jumped from behind. We're told the suspect, whom Michael says is in his 50s or 60s, began choking him and had some kind of sharp object which he used to slice Michael's neck.  Michael says the knife penetrated his skin and caused substantial bleeding. "

Today Is National Coming Out Day
