CELEBRITYBOMB.com has exclusive video of "The Jersey Shore"'s Angelina Pivnarick with police following an incident at the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City in which the reality star has been charged with assault.

The video shows a calm Angelina discussing the details of the incident, however the altercation may open her up to additional legal issues because she was not able to perform in a scheduled Celebrity Wrestling event that was taking place at the Casbah Nightclub during the melee.

There is no confirmation as of yet if Pivnarick will indeed be facing any issues due to the appearance no-show.

Willie Nelson Drug Bust Mugshot

Singer Willie Nelson was arrested by border patrol agents last week when 6 ounces of pot was expectedly shockingly found on his tour bus. The mugshot above was taken shortly following that arrest.

Nelson has been outgspoken for a long time regarding his use and enjoyment of marijuana, but this bust could get him some jail time as it is not his first.

Lil Wayne Released From Prison

Lil Wayne was released this morning from New York's Rikers Island Correctional Facility after serving 8 month on weapons related charges. He was originally sentenced to one year.

Wayne has been able to remain at the top of the charts during his stint in the pokey by releasing previously recorded tunes throughout his time upstate, but plans are in the works for a new album to hit stores Itunes shortly.

Randy And Evi Quaid Hiding Out In Canada From "Hollywood Hit Squad"

Yes.. You read that right... Randy Quaid and his wife are seeking asylum in Canada for protection from a "Hit Squad", and they say they fear for their life.

Mario Arrested For Assault - Police Called For "A Mental Case Breaking Up Property"

R&B singer Mario was arrested in baltimore this morning and subsequently charged after an incident involving his mother.

The Baltimore Sun is reporting police were called to respond to a "mental case breaking up property" at the apartment Mario shares with his mother. When the police arrived, Mario's mother told them she had been assaulted by the star. Police noted that this was the second time such an assault had been reported.

We are totally shocked seeing as how we figured the nude pictures of her covered in after-relations happiness were as far as this respectable young woman would allow herself to go.

Category: "I will stand here and SCREAM until you LISTEN to me!" - Michael Lohan goes batshit in a press conference after Lindsay is remanded to jail. Michael insists again (as he has done since the beginning of this situation) that Lindsay would be better served by utilizing a rehab program than being sent to jail. Lets take a moment to review some facts here: 1. Lindsay violated previous probation orders after her SCRAM bracelet showed alcohol consumption. 2. Lindsay has been charged with drug possession in the past. 3. Lindsay recently failed 2 court ordered drug screens which led up to these current circumstances. 4. We are too tired to continue to list these things as we are sure you get the point. Bottom line? We know it may not be a popular opinion, but maybe, just maybe, someone should listen to Michael on this one.

Lindsay To Be Released Shortly - Appeals Judge Overrules Judge Fox, Sets Bail At $300,000

An appeals Judge has just overruled Judge Fox's decision earlier today and the Judge has set bail for Lindsay Lohan at $300,000 and imposed other conditions. Lindsay has had a bail bondsman nearby throughout the day, and the bail should be posted shortly and Lindsay will be leaving her home of about 10 hours.

The conditions attached to lindsay's bond include:

Wearing an alcohol detecting SCRAM bracelet (Which she recently wore and violated probation terms when it revealed she had been drinking)

She is not allowed to be around known drug users (Mirrors apparantly do not count)

And she has to stay away from places where alcohol is the "Chief item for sale" (this would include nightclubs, bars, and possibly most family members homes some particular restauraunts.

So the F Up watch is on and the over / under for her next violation is set at 11 days. We are personally taking the under.... The bail bondsman is apparantly taking the over... For $300,000....

Lindsay Lohan Remanded To Jail! Bail Denied!

A few moments ago, Lindsay Lohan had her bail denied as Judge Elden Fox remanded her in to custody for failing 2 court ordered drug screens.

A probation hearing is set for Oct. 24th, and it appears Lindsay will be held in jail until that time.

Lindsay was spotted in tears as she left the courthouse in handcuffs to an awaiting unmarked car that will take her to the Woman's Correctional Facility in Lynwood Ca.
