Howard K. Stern Guilty In Anna Nicole Smith Drug Case

Howard K. Stern, Former lawyer / manager / friend / boyfriend to the late Anna Nicole Smith, was found guilty yesterday for giving false names and acting by fraud to obtain prescriptions while acquiring drugs for the former star. The doctor who prescribed the drugs was acquitted on all charges.

Sterm could face jail time for the conviction at a sentencing hearing in the future.
