Justin Bieber Gets A Haircut - Chopped Locks Will Go To Charity... And To Perez Hilton... And To TMZ

Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber has cut his trademark hair (Oh no... the world is going to end), and the decision has been made that what usually gets swept up and thrown into the trash (when anyone else in the world gets a haircut) will be collected and given to various charities... and a couple of gossip websites.

TMZ and Perez Hilton have both confirmed they will each be receiving a lock of the teen star's hair that will be used for charitable efforts. TMZ has stated they will be using any money collected for good works at animal charities, and at the time of this story Perez has stated that he is "working it all out now. and stay tuned" once the decision is made to which charities will be helped with money from the sale of the hair. If history is any indicator, Perez will find a very suitable, and most likely, a very well thought out recipient of the donation.

All we can say is if we are going to be doing a story about a 16 year old getting a hair cut, at least there will something good to come out of it...

Perez Hilton - "Britney Spears To Perform At 2011 Grammy Awards" Brit's People Get Pissed!

It looks like the nut cat is out of the asylum bag! According to what is being quoted as a "very good source", Perez Hilton broke the story that Britney Spears will indeed be performing at this years Grammys to the disdain of Britney's management.

After posting the article, Britney's representatives contacted Hilton to state "We have not confirmed a performance at the Grammys at this time", But Hilton is standing by his source saying "Our sources are very very good on this one"

We are siding with Perez on this one... Can't wait to se Britney at the show!

Carrie Prejean Is Pregnant

Former Miss California / 2009 Miss USA First Runner up Carrie Prejean has announced that she and her husband, NFL Quarterback Kyle Boller, are expecting their first child.

Congrats to the couple, but the more interesting story here is that there is now proof that Carrie has actually gotten screwed by someone other than Perez Hilton.

Spencer Pratt Blasts Perez Hilton

Well, THAT little lovefest didn't last long! Today on his Twitter account, Spencer Pratt (seemingly unprovoked) took a few moments out of what must be an exhaustingly busy day to go off on Perez Hilton. Spencer tweeted to Perez:

"just because you woke up and decided you weren't going to be "mean" anymore for three days and got your cameo on Ellen."

 Spencer then went on to call Perez "a person who pretends to have virtues, moral beliefs, principles, that he or she does not actually possess." He continued with "that's what your best at ignoring the truth. The truth is your the biggest HATER in town and now your the biggest HYPOCRITE."

Perez Hilton - "I need to be the solution, and not part of the problem"

Recently Perez Hilton has championed a movement to help bring awareness to bullying stemming from a rash of teenage suicides related to the victims sexuality. In the process of doing so, Perez has routinely been called a hypocrite (among other things) due to the fact that he has actually become somewhat of a superstar himself by "bullying" celebrities on his site by repeatedly using negative terms while referring to them (Jennifer Anniston is Jennifer "MAN"iston, Rumer Willis is "potatohead", etc..)

In a just posted video, Perez seems to have taken a step back and appears to be considering what his critics have had to say.

In the video, he references growing up, becoming more mature, and says he needs to be "the solution, not part of the problem" and vows to change his ways, even if it affects traffic to the website that has made him who he is today.

The video appears to be extremely heartfelt and genuine, and coming from a man who has struggled for acceptance for most of his life,(whether you love him or hate him) it is a pretty cool thing to watch, and an even more ballsy thing for him to have recorded.

Perez Hilton Has So Much To Say That It Requires A THIRD Website??

Earlier today, Perez Hilton launched a THIRD! website, FitPerez.com. The website says it is " Focused on fitness, health and wellness (and celebrities)". This is in addition to the original perezhilton.com blog and CocoPerez.com that is focused on fashion.

We understand the whole branding thing, but does one person really have so much to say every say that it takes 3 catagorized websites to cover it all? And even if it does, will enough people care enough to read all 3 each day? We think "overexposure" may be an issue here, but we wish him the best. Lets face it, love him or hate him, the man is a franchise.

Perez Hilton Mobilizing Army To Fight Against LGBT Teenage Suicides

For about the last week or so, Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton has been reaching out and asking for help to spread the word about a rash of suicides due to sexuality-related bullying. Perez has been working his Twitter account around the clock pleading with followers to do what they can to stop this disturbing trend.

The outcry has not fallen on deaf ears, as celebrities have begun to respond, including this video , made by Jay Manual of America's Next Top Model.

As Perez's most recent messages continue to reach not only his audience, but audiences of everyone joining this cause, we wanted to take a moment to pass along the message that if you need someone to talk to yourself, please call the trained professionals at The Trevor Project and speak anonymously, or pass the info along to someone you know that may be in need.
