Kid Rock On Steven Tyler's American Idol Sellout - "He Just Threw It All Out The Window"

Kid Rock is not exactly thrilled about Steven Tyler's decision to join the judging ranks of "American Idol", and doesn't hold his feelings back in his recent Entertainment Weekly interview.

“I think it’s the stupidest thing he’s ever done in his life,” he told the magazine. Rock continued:

“He’s a sacred American institution of rock ‘n’ roll, and he just threw it all out the window. Just stomped on it and set it on fire.”

“I think whoever’s advising him,” he continued, “we should bring back the guillotine, or whatever they call that thing. And if it was himself, he needs some serious counseling. I love him to death, but I gotta speak the truth.”

Ouch!

  1. I have to agree 1000% with Kid Rock. If anyone saw Bret Michaels on "Nashville Star" you will understand that a rocker has zero place as a judge. A rocker is a rebel, with one cause, relate to people with music. P.S. Love that picture of Kid Rock.
