Pickle Cake.. In Snooki's Dreams!

TV personality of the MTV hit show Jersey Shore Nicole Snookie Polizzi will take on a new profession as a writer this year. Its has been announced by Simon & Schuster that the pint sized reality star will be writing a novel, not a memoir about a girl looking for love on the New Jersey boardwalk or shore as most people refer to it, titled A Shore Thing due to hit the store next year. The book is said to have been in the work for a while but Snookie's recent arrest brought the book news to the media. Fame Pictures, Inc

Snooki tweets that her appearance on "Cake Boss" will air next week! What kind of cake did she make?! We're guessing it has to be pickle or vodka!
