The website selling an alleged sex tape featuring Tiger Woods and former mistress Devon James has officially begun taking pre-sale orders as of Midnight this morning.

Devon's husband (and Manager), Nick Jannette, told CelebrityBomb.com that the production company is hoping for pre-sales of the DVD to top 75,000 orders and the site is currently in the top 1% of US and International web traffic.

The DVD is selling for $49.95 and includes an autographed 8x10 picture of James, and is exclusively available through tigertapexxx.com until it is available to the general public in about a week through other retail outlets accroding to Jannette. The website states that the tape will ship on the day it is ordered.

The tape which reportedly sold for $400,000, has no independant confirmation of Woods actually apearing in it, but Jannette insists it is the real deal. In a past interview he told us "You will see for yourself! It's him! It's going to be huge!" He has also reiterated this sentiment to other media outlets.

Since the story of the DVD broke, there have been skeptics to it's authenticity. Both Devon's mother and former manager are among those have casted doubts about a Tiger Woods sex tape even existing, and have been very public in saying so.

This is likely only the beginning of the next chapter of the Devon James Tiger Woods saga as Devon James Productions is currently working to secure various media interviews for her throughout the day in various markets on radio and television accroding to Jannette.

In an exclusive interview with Devon James' Husband Nick Jannette, Mr. Jannette told CelebrityBomb.com that a blockbuster deal has been struck, and a sex tape reportedly featuring Tiger Woods and his former mistress has been sold.

"We were able to sell it for $400,000, and we get a portion of the sales that will net a lot more" Mr. Jannette stated. "There is a website being created right now to handle presales. The tape will be released on Nov. 20th, but if you pre order, you will receive it on Nov. 15th." The website will be tigertapexxx.com and will be up and running soon according to Mr. Jannette. "My attorney has the paperwork now, and the check will be cashed on Monday" he mentioned.

The release of a sex tape would be a tremendous blow to Woods, who has been working on rehabbing his image since reports of marital infidelities spread last November.

As of yet, there has been no independant confirmation of Woods actually apearing in the tape.

In an exclusive interview today, Devon's husband, Nick Jannette told CelebrityBomb.com that Devon was about to board a plane to meet with executives from several high profile adult film companies to attempt to negotiate the sale of the tape including Vivid Entertainment, a company that has released other high profile celebrity sex tapes .

"We are currently looking for offers above $350,000 and that shouldnt be a problem", said Nick. CelebrityBomb.com has learned exclusively that the alleged Tiger Woods Mistress has claimed to re-open her previous request for a paternity test involving the golfing legend. According to an emil received by CelebrityBomb.com, The action was filed yesterday in Manatee County Florida. In an email to CelebrityBomb.com, Devon's husband Nick Jannette stated that Devon has retained new counsel, Kallan C. Eslich Esq., to assist with the case that was filed on Sept. 22.

Previous requests for a paternity test that would conclusively show if Devon's son was indeed fathered by Woods have been dismissed by the courts, but Ms. James appears determined to have the test administered.

It seems the Florida court system has not yet seen the last of Ms. James.
